A brand new indie short is currently in development, releasing soon to NewGrounds, entirely animated by yours truly!
This is a story about a boy who has to please the wishes of his Walrus... with one little itsy bitsy obstacle course, traversing through a wide n' tall hellish wasteland that has no remorse for anyone, no matter how hard they try or how wimpy they appear to be, not unlike our bushy-haired pawn, Bennie. Too bad the Walrus is all of the way at the tip top peak of the topsy-turvy castle.
Please his Walrus' wishes? I wonder what they could be...

This is a project I've been working on NONSTOP since February, and currently I have over 2 minutes of original animation completed as of December. I plan on making this project out to be at least 5 to 7 minutes long, though that may vary in of itself. I've done the entire animation by myself in Toon Boom, with posing help by other great (and miles better than me) artists helping me along the way with more than necessary feedback, and with my limited capabilities and learning along the way, I can probably say I've got a good chance of this becoming a more than adequate turn out than the stuff I've rushed in the previous year that I put out on the internet. It's a bit rough around the edges, as I'm not fully experienced with what I'm doing, but I'm actively trying to push the envelope of what I can express through this medium to see what I'm capable of doing.
Expect a lot of bizarre and out-there choices, as I've wanted this project to be as eye-catching and visually distinctive from most things you've seen on NewGrounds.
I'm expecting this project to take up another year of work, HOPEFULLY this will be done by the end of 2025, maybe the beginning of 2026, but I can't make any promises as of yet as I have a TON of work to do.

I'm still looking for someone who can help me with sound effects/sound editing and original (or at lease appropriate use of some that already exists) music, as I'm not really great with my choices and I'm not sure how to do all of that, I've been waiting until I've finished with the animation before even thinking about this (at the moment there is no sound whatsoever) so I'm going to probably have to find a way to get that acquainted.
Thank you for reading, and here's hoping for everything to turn out nicely!
